ICSE-PR is co-founder of firsts of a new 2 day conference, the Puerto Rico Energy Summit. In conjunction with the Center for Research in Regulated Industries of Rutgers University School of Business and the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association. The Puerto Rico Energy Summit will be aimed at developing and analyzing proposals that will make island-based power industries efficient, reliable, environmentally friendly, and financially viable.
Day 1 is about training. We have assembled a group of subject experts who will present skills needed to restructure the electricity sector successfully. The intent of Day 1 is to present factual information that is largely free of judgements and pre-conceptions about how electricity restructuring should proceed in Puerto Rico. Day 1 is about tools. Day 2 is about strategy and how to use the tools presented in Day 1.
